PILAR NOG

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Papa's Pilar® Blonde Rum
1 cup Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
4 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, to taste
1 cup Whipping cream
1 drop Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Cream the egg yolks and sugar together. Slowly add rum and dram. Mix in milk and cream, followed by vanilla. Whip egg whites until fluffy and stiff; fold into cream mixture. Allow to chill for 24 hours. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
