PAPA'S IRISH SLAMMER
INGREDIENTS
0.75 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
0.75 oz Irish cream liqueur
1/2 pint Guinness
DIRECTIONS
Pour Irish cream liqueur into a shot glass, then top it with
Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum.
In a tall pint glass, pour 1/2 a pint of Guinness and allow the foam to settle.
In a tall pint glass, pour 1/2 a pint of Guinness and allow the foam to settle.
When it's time to drink, drop the shot glass into the pint glass of Guinness.
