2 oz Papa's Pilar Dark Rum
0.5 oz Licor 43
0.75 oz Kahlua Coffee Liquer
4 drops Chocolate bitters
3 dashes Mint bitters
4 charred Espresso beans
Mint sprig garnish


Use a small hand torch and quick roast 4 espresso beans on a wooden coaster and cover with an old fashioned glass.
Combine Papa's Pilar Dark Rum, Licor 43, Kahlua and bitters into Yarai glass.
Add ice and stir well.
Add large cube to old fashioned glass.
Strain cocktail over cube.
Re-torch espresso beans and add them to the cocktail for garnish along with mint sprig.
