2 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
0.5 oz Licor 43
0.75 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
4 drops Chocolate bitters
3 dashes Mint bitters
4 charred Espresso beans
Mint sprig garnish


Use a small hand torch and quick roast 4 espresso beans on a wooden coaster and cover with an old fashioned glass.
Combine Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum, Licor 43, Kahlua and bitters into Yarai glass.
Add ice and stir well.
Add large cube to old fashioned glass.
Strain cocktail over cube.
Re-torch espresso beans and add them to the cocktail for garnish along with mint sprig.
