MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar® Blonde Rum
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1 oz Simple syrup
3 Lime wedges
2-4 oz Club soda

DIRECTIONS

Take 6 mint leaves and place in the bottom of a Papa's Pilar pint glass or shaker.
Add 1 lime wedge and gently muddle to release the oils and juices.
Add simple syrup and 2 additional lime wedges.
Gently muddle again. Do not strain.
Add Papa’s Pilar® Blonde Rum and club soda (2-4 oz depending on your taste preference).
Add ice and stir gently.
Garnish with more mint and enjoy!
Optional: If you’d like to make it a coconut variation, add 1 oz of cream of coconut.
