HOT BUTTERED RUM-PUM-PUM

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum
4 Dashes of chocolate bitters
1 Spoonful of Holiday spiced butter batter
Hot water

DIRECTIONS

Add 2 oz Papa's Pilar® Dark Rum and 4 dashes chocolate bitters into a coffee cordial glass. Add 1 spoonful of holiday spiced butter batter and top with hot water. Use the spoon to mix batter until it is dissolved. Use a torch and char a jumbo marshmallow for the garnish.

HOT SPICED BUTTER BATTER RECIPE:
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of salted butter
1 tablespoon: cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, ground ginger, ground cloves
Zest 1 orange

*Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl until everything is mixed well. Store in mason jar and keep refrigerated.
