INGREDIENTS
2 oz Papa's Pilar® Blonde Rum
1 oz Naranja agria–grapefruit syrup
0.75 oz Lime juice
12 Drops (not dashes) of Pimento bitters (or to your taste profile!)
1 Lime wheel
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well blended and chilled.
Strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with lime wheel.
