FOSTERING THE BANANA

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar® Rye-Finished Rum
0.5 oz Giffard Banana du Bresil
0.5 oz Tippleman's Burnt Sugar Syrup
1 dropper of Old Forester Smoked
Cinnamon bitters

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in cocktail glass over ice.
Stir to combine and strain into old fashioned glass with ice sphere.
Garnish with a banana chip.
