Shipping and Returns
Please email us at onlinestore@papaspilar.com to initiate this process, and include your order number in the subject line.
Shipping:
Shipping is available within the U.S. for a flat rate of $7.
Shipping is also available to the U.K., Australia, Germany, and Mexico for a flat rate of $20.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been received, and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Return Terms and Conditions:
Papa’s Pilar will issue a refund(s) for the original price paid for returns made within 30 days of the purchase as long as merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled.
Your request must be sent via email. You will receive a response within 24 hours with instructions for the return. Merchandise returned without following these steps may not be credited.
Item(s) must be received by Papa’s Pilar fulfillment center within 30 days from purchase; please account for shipping approximately 7-10 days.
Returns greater than 30 days after the purchase will be credited for the item’s current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
“Final Sale” purchases are final and cannot be returned for refund or credit.
Return Shipping costs will be paid by Papa’s Pilar if the item is damaged or defective, or if the received item is not the item originally ordered.
Return Shipping costs will be paid by the customer if the customer changes preference regarding the item originally purchased.
Refunds:
Upon arrival of the returned item(s) to Papa’s Pilar, credit will be applied within 7-10 business days to the credit card originally used to purchase the merchandise. Please note the credit may take longer to appear on your statement, as it is up to the credit card company to complete the refund to your account.
Gift Return:
If the item being returned is a gift, and is being returned by the gift recipient, a store credit will be issued to the recipient.
