1 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Lavender honey

DIRECTIONS
Muddle two strawberries in a mixing tin.
Add ingredients in a mixing tin.
Shake well, double strain into a Coupe glass.
Top with sparkling Wine.
Garnish with Rose petal.
