Papa's Pumpkin Smash

  • 2 oz Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Pumpkin purée
  • 2 dashes bitters

Directions:

Shake vigorously with ice & serve over ice.
Garnish with cinnamon rim.
Papa's Orchard

Papa's Orchard

  • 1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 0.75 oz Monin cinnamon syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail glass and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon dusted apple stirrer. Can be served cold or warm.

Crimson Fashioned

 
  • 2 oz Papas Pilar Sherry-Finished Rum⁠
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters⁠
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters⁠

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail glass, stir and top with a black cherry.

That Thing You Brew   

  • 1.5 oz Papas Pilar Sherry-Finished Rum⁠
  • 0.25 oz Amaro⁠
  • 1.5 oz cold brew coffee⁠
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters⁠
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters⁠

Directions:

Top with pumpkin spiced whipped cream & garnish with smoked cinnamon stick. An adult twist on the classic Pumpkin Spiced Latte.

Fallin' For Papa

  • 2 oz Papa's Pilar Dark Rum
  • .5 oz Licor 43
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • .5 oz orange juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass, stir. Garnish with charred cinnamon sticks and fresh clementine orange slices
Rum Cake Cocktail

 Hot Chai Toddy

   
  • 2 oz Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum
  • 3 oz Hot Chai tea
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 Honey syrup

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass, stir. Optional - garnish with lemon slices & cinnamon sticks.

 Fostering the Banana

  • 1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar Marquesas Blend
  • 0.5 oz Giffard Banana du Bresil
  • 0.5 oz Tipplemans Burnt Sugar Syrup
  • 1 dropper of Old Forester Smoked Cinnamon bitters

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass, stir. Optional - garnish with dried banana chip.

Hemingway Hot Rum Punch
Serves 5+ people

  • 1 bottle Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum
  • 15 oz water
  • 7.5 oz fresh squeezed Lemon juice
  • 5 oz fresh squeezed Lime juice
  • 5 oz Brown Sugar simple syrup

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in a small coffee cup or Irish coffee mug. Garnish each cup with a lemon peel.mixture. Allow to chill for 24 hours. Stir gently before pouring into glasses. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.

Papa's Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Papa's Pilar Dark Rum
  • 1/2 tsp Demerara or Turbinado sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel
  • 1 large ice Sphere or cube

Directions:

Combine sugar and bitters with a dash of water in a glass, muddle. Pour rum serving and add ice, stir. Squeeze the orange peel around the rim of the glass and then use as a garnish for the cocktail.

Papa's Irish Friend

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail glass, stir. Optional - garnish with charred marshmallow.
